今天是农历腊月二十一,很快就要过年,是时候给生活来一场大扫除了。学会这8点,让我们一起轻装出发,自在生活。

1 设置优先级,分清任务主次

到了年底,常常会感觉工作内容繁多,好像拼尽了全力却收效甚微。那或许是因为没有抓住工作的重点,没有集中精力解决问题的关键。设置优先级,分清任务主次,懂得排序,方能稳而不乱。

2 少拖延,多行动

俗话说“三思而后行”,“三思”是为了做事周全,而不是给拖延找的借口。克服拖延最好的方法,就是把“待会再说”换成“现在就做”。只有积极投身于行动中,才能远离无意义的拖延。

3 管理情绪

很多事没有绝对的好与坏,但我们常常会因为结果还没确定,而充满焦虑。车到山前必有路,船到桥头自然直。凡事尽力而为,对结果顺其自然,才能心态平和、乐得自在。

4 审视需求,精挑细选

如今的我们常常被琳琅满目的商品吸引驻足,而忘记考虑这个东西是否真的需要。等回过神才发现,家里已经堆了不少不需要的东西。想买一件物品时,不妨多审视自己的需求,精挑细选。

5 保持边界感,熟不逾矩

所谓的边界感说到底是分寸,社交生活没有边界感,就会失去自己的原则。好的关系,不是不分你我,而是熟不逾矩。人与人相处,给自己和对方适当的空间,才是彼此尊重、保护感情的最好方式。

6 学会享受独处,沉淀自己

“你和自己的关系,就是你和世界的关系。”人之所以需要独处,是为了还自己一份清净、一份纯粹。越简单的生活,越宁静的心,才能收获越多的幸福。

7 不滥用精力,保持专注

人的精力很容易被繁琐的事情分散,如果对所有事情都投放精力,定会感到身心俱疲。对于当下而言,最重要的事往往只有一两件。想要取得好的结果,一定要专注于这一两件事。东一榔头西一棒槌,只会降低整体的效率。

8 健康饮食,合理搭配

临近新年,各种聚会也多了。“白天奶茶蛋糕,晚上啤酒烧烤”,满足了一时的欲望,却也给身体增加了负担。合理饮食,善待身体,我们才能走向更远的旅途,看到更美的风景。
