近日,肯德基与盲盒销售商泡泡玛特联合推出的“DIMOO联名款盲盒套餐”,引发消费者抢购及社会广泛关注。根据这款盲盒套餐的销售规则,要想集齐整套玩偶,至少需要购买6份套餐,而其中稀有隐藏款出现概率是1:72。为此,有消费者不惜一次性斥资10494元购买106份套餐;还有消费者为“求娃”而购买“代吃”服务,雇人代买代吃套餐而获得盲盒,甚至不排除将吃不完的食物直接丢弃。
在商品销售中,买赠、积分、打折、红包等花式促销方式层出不穷。只要合理合法,正常的让利促销既使商家提高了销量,也令消费者得到了实惠,本无可厚非。但肯德基作为一家餐饮企业,其经营的快餐食品属于限期使用的商品,按需购买即时食用是这类商品的特点,通常消费者不会超量购买,以限量款盲盒销售则是以“饥饿营销”手段刺激消费,容易导致消费者为了获得限量款盲盒而冲动消费,并因超量购买造成无谓的食品浪费。
倡导节约粮食,反对餐饮浪费,是中华民族的优良传统,也是新时代消费风尚。2021年4月29日《中华人民共和国反食品浪费法》正式实施,明确要求餐饮服务经营者自觉抵制食品浪费,提示消费者适度消费,必要时采取措施防止消费者浪费;不得诱导、误导消费者超额消费,造成食品浪费。中消协认为,肯德基作为食品经营者,利用限量款盲盒销售手段,诱导并纵容消费者不理性超量购买食品套餐,有悖公序良俗和法律精神。
物质丰裕的社会应与文明的精神追求相匹配,情绪价值的需求不应建立在物质浪费,尤其是食品浪费的基础之上。中消协倡导消费者积极树立正确的消费观,增强节约意识,践行反餐饮浪费,选择简约适度、绿色低碳的生活方式,承担起节约资源、保护环境的社会责任;同时审慎看待自身消费需求,提高明辨是非的能力,进行科学理性的消费活动,共同抵制盲目消费、冲动消费、超额消费等不良消费行为。
