“这是她最近跳得最棒的一次!能在奥运会赛场上把实力完全发挥出来,我为她感到骄傲!”看着爱徒以三跳满分的“教科书式”表现获得金牌,广东省跳水队教练何威仪难掩内心的激动。

在何威仪眼里,全红婵是个不可多得的跳水好苗子——身材纤细修长,爆发力和柔韧性都很出色。

2018年,年仅11岁的全红婵入选广东省跳水队接受专业训练,很快就展露出过人的天赋。“肋木架腰腹训练,她不到12秒就能做10个,训练时甚至可以驾驭难度系数很高的男子跳水动作。”何威仪说。

赛场上令人叹为观止的“水花消失术”离不开日复一日的刻苦训练。全红婵不仅跳得高、跑得快,而且训练刻苦、很专注。每天陆上、水上训练一共要跳300多次,有的动作不标准,她还会主动给自己加码。何威仪说:“这孩子悟性很高,训练时目光一直在教练身上,能按照教练指导不断打磨空中动作、水花控制等技术细节。”

全红婵年纪很小,在赛场上却有一颗“大心脏”。2020年10月,面对奥运会选拔赛的大场面,全红婵丝毫不怯场,以黑马之姿夺得女子单人10米台冠军。何威仪说,那是全红婵第一次参加全国大赛,赛前3周才把整套动作学会。

生活中,全红婵因为喜欢吃辣条曾梦想开一家小卖部。为了在比赛中保持最佳状态,身高1米45的她必须将体重精准地控制在34.5公斤到35公斤。“小姑娘很自律,一天称3次体重。偶尔涨了一两斤,会自觉加大训练量减下去。”何威仪说。

全红婵来自广东湛江的一个普通农村家庭,因为母亲身体不太好,14岁的她多了一丝成熟。虽然父亲总叮嘱她“专心训练就好,不要想太多事”,但全红婵还是想通过自己的努力为家里减轻一些负担。拿到奥运金牌后,小姑娘说出了自己的心愿:“想挣钱给妈妈治病,想去游乐场玩。”

女子10米跳台上向来群星璀璨。如今,经过奥运赛场的历练,全红婵、张家齐、陈芋汐等小将从前辈手中接过接力棒,她们的成长让“梦之队”的明天更加值得期待。
